- Using your Online Banking ID and password, log in to your Online Banking account.
- Click OPTIONS in the top menu bar.
- Click DOCUMENT.
- Verify the email address that is listed.
- Under ENABLE E-DOCUMENTS, check the box next to all the accounts that you wish to receive e-Statements for.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the format that you wish to view your statement in.
- PDF requires Adobe Acrobat, which is a free program that you may download.
- HTML is a web-site format.
- Text is a word processing format.
You may change your format choice at any time when you view your statement.
- Click Submit.
- Read the Consent and Authorization form and then click I AGREE. (If you click I DO NOT AGREE you will cancel out of e-statements.)
- The next screen should say " You have successfully requested electronic statement delivery for account _________ ".
- Minimize your Online Banking screen.
- Open your email program.
- Look for an email from Bank of New Glarus with a subject line of Electronic Statement Enrollment Confirmation.
Important! Some email programs are seeing this confirmation email as spam. If it is not in your INBOX, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
- Read the email and click on the link : Click here to confirm electronic delivery for the account(s) listed above.
- You will be taken to the log in page for your Online Banking account. Using your ID and password, log in to your account.
- Once you log in, you will receive a message that says,
This screen confirms that you have registered the following accounts to receive an electronic statement each month.
- It will also show the Consent and Authorization Agreement.
- Congratulations! You have enrolled in e-Statements.
- While you are in Online Banking, please take a moment and click on PERSONAL in the menu bar.
- Fill in a PERSONAL QUESTION for yourself. It can be anything you wish, i.e.: what is my mother's maiden name? What is my favorite color? Etc.
- Then fill in the PERSONAL QUESTION ANSWER.
- This information is required to allow you to automatically reset your password if you get locked out of our system. If your information is not filled in and you get locked out, you will be required to contact someone at the bank for assistance.
