Customer Service Representative
The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches, an independent bank providing financial guidance and solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Monroe location. This position is responsible for performing various paying and receiving functions within the Bank, servicing all deposit customers with attention being paid to the accuracy and details of the job and referring additional products and services to clients when appropriate. This position also provides administrative support to team members such as filing, maintaining supplies, and ensuring customer information is up-to-date.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Preference will be given to those with prior banking and/or general cash handling experience. Candidates must be available to work closing shifts and work in the branch’s Saturday rotation schedule.
